Chef Guna has been cooking professionally for over 25 years within southeast Asia and south Africa.
Originally from Malaysia, he has honed his skills in various Asian cuisines including Indian (north and south), Chinese, Malaysian, Thai and Western cuisines while working in hotels, restaurants and as a freelance chef.
Chef Guna specializes in authentic, freshly made home-cooked dishes using quality ingredients. A meal made by him is a delicious fusion exploration uniquely combining layers of flavor.
